Description

1916-D 25C MS66 PCGS. CAC. This series-ending Denver Mint Barber quarter is also the most abundant issue and an obvious candidate for type. This dazzling, CAC-endorsed example is razor sharp and blindingly brilliant. A healthy dose of mint frost adds to the radiance. The 1916-D becomes scarce at the Premium Gem level, and PCGS recognizes just 18 pieces in a numerically finer grade (9/17). CAC: 61 in 66, 10 finer (9/17).
