Description
1900 25C PR67 NGC. From a mintage of 912 pieces, the 1900 proof Barber quarter is quite scarce in Superb Gem condition. The present coin is a sharp example, with deep mirrors and a bold strike. The reflective surfaces are enhanced by areas of green and lavender toning, with occasional blushes of deep russet. Census: 19 in 67 (3 in 67★ ), 8 finer (10/19).Ex: PNG Invitational Signature (Heritage, 2-3/2015), lot 3647, which realized $2,820.(Registry values: N2998)
