Description

1864 Two-Cents, Judd-371, Pollock-440, R.6, PR 64 PCGS. Regular die trials issue of the Large Motto two-cent piece of 1864. Struck in copper-nickel with a plain edge. Lighter in color than the regular issue coins because of the nickel used in the alloy. The bright surfaces are unaffected by the passage of time and retain full, original red color. A flashy two-cent pattern.
