Description
João V gold 20000 Reis 1724-M AU55 NGC, Minas Gerais mint, KM117, LMB-248. The scarcest date in the four-year series, and markedly appealing in this nearly uncirculated conditional state. Blessed with vibrant sunflower-gold luster throughout and displaying only slight rub to the higher points, this fact rendered nearly irrelevant by the offering's sheer clarity and boldness of detail. From the Pernambucana Collection
