A Joao V gold Jewel
Joao V gold 800 Reis 1733/2-M, KM120, Russo-262, Gomes-type of 114, MS61 NGC, full wide rims, near perfect strike with partial luster. Light adjustment mark. Early 18th gold minors circulated heavily in Brazil, Portugal and elsewhere for around a century and 800, 1600 and 3200 Reis are usually found in about very fine often with problems. A specimen in mint state condition with full original surfaces is the very definition of condition rarity. A wonderful piece.Metal: Gold
