    Description

Pedro I gold 6400 Reis 1824-R, KM370.1, Russo-599, MS61 NGC. One of the nicer specimens of the type we have seen. Details on the bust and uniform are outstanding. Legends are bold, rims are sharp. A narrowly spaced double striking is apparent upon close inspection. 1824 is the key date of this early Pedro I type that is rarely offered.
