Pedro II Counterstamped 250 Reis ND (1688) VF30 NGC, KM33.1, LMB-100, Gomes-103.02. Type IV crowned "250" countermark (XF Standard), struck on a Portuguese João IV 200 Reis from the Evora mint. A sublime mid-grade counterstamped specimen yielding a surprising amount of pearl-gray detail.From the Vila Rica Collection
