Republic Specimen 2000 Reis 1913-A SP67 NGC, Berlin mint, KM514, LMB-708. Continuous Legend. Evidently struck for presentation and still possessing its brilliant Proof sheen as well as the meticulously carved details. The couple of innocuous marks in the fields are hardly worth mentioning and only become visible due to the pristine nature of finish. This is one of only two known Specimen examples at NGC.Ex Heritage Auction 3014 (April 2011, Lot 23243)
