    Description

British Colony - Edward VIII gold Proof Fantasy Crown 1936 PR66 Ultra Cameo NGC, KM-XM1 for type. A nearly-pristine example of medallic fantasy coinage struck at the Pobjoy mint in 1972 that features the stately portrait of Edward VIII and a prowling, British lion. High-relief motifs soar above the surrounding expanses that are fully-reflective and essentially clear of any discernible marks, save for the incidental wisp. A beautiful issue with plenty of visual allure.
