Description
Premium Gem 1914-D Nickel
1914-D 5C MS66 PCGS. Ex: ADM Collection. This is an impressive example, nearly the finest available. PCGS has only graded five finer pieces (8/07), including one that is recorded on the PCGS Set Registry in the Gerald Forsythe Collection. The specimen offered here has frosty light blue and pale gold toning on each side. Although falling short of a full strike, the design motifs are nicely detailed. A pleasing piece for the connoisseur. Population: 36 in 66, 5 finer (8/07).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22R5, PCGS# 3925, GSID# 3106)
