Description

Lovely 1915-D Buffalo Nickel, Gem Mint State

1915-D 5C MS65 PCGS. CAC. An interesting, crisply struck, late die state example of this early Buffalo nickel issue. Numerous die cracks cover the obverse, which is nearly shattered, while the reverse rim is crumbled. Magnificent satiny luster radiates from the brilliant and minimally marked surfaces. PCGS has certified just 28 pieces finer (8/08). (Registry values: N1793)
