1916 5C MS67 PCGS. CAC. This issue is moderately available in grades through MS66, though striking quality is sometimes an issue; Superb Gems are rare, regardless of strike quality. This representative is among the more sharply struck examples of the date, showing strong definition on the hair braid and the bison's head and shoulder. Satiny luster exhibits just a blush of light golden toning on the reverse, while on the obverse it illuminates soft hues of gold, lavender, and silvery-blue.
