Description

1918/7-D Buffalo Nickel, VF25
Sought-After Guide Book Overdate

1918/7-D 5C FS-101 VF25 PCGS. The 1918/7-D is one of the three major Guide Book varieties in the Buffalo nickel series, but it is also one of the most sought-after issues in the 20th century coinage. Problem-free examples are scarce, especially with good eye appeal. This midgrade circulated coin displays smooth stone-gray surfaces with moderate wear but no impairments. The overdate feature is clear. Listed among the 100 Greatest U.S. Coins.
