Lustrous, Lightly Toned 1918-D Nickel, MS66
1918-D 5C MS66 PCGS. Radiantly lustrous surfaces display a delicate meld of powder-blue, beige-gold, and lilac. The design elements are generally well defined, and both sides are devoid of distracting marks. Only 26 examples have been assigned the Premium Gem grade by PCGS and NGC, and a solitary piece has graded finer (4/10).From The Brenda John Collection.(Registry values: N4719)
