1918-S 5C MS64 NGC. CAC. Splashes of lavender, lime-green, and sun-gold visit the margins. This unabraded near-Gem has an above average strike with only minor softness at the centers. The obverse border exhibits an orange peel texture from die wear, but the obverse die is newer and has a well struck periphery.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22RK, PCGS# 3940, GSID# 3117)
