Conditionally Rare 1919-S Nickel, MS64
1919-S 5C MS64 PCGS. The 1919-D and 1919-S nickels rank among the tough condition rarities. Although PCGS has certified 173 examples as MS64, they have only graded 33 finer Gem specimens. Both sides have satiny and lustrous gray surfaces with traces of gold toning. Only slight weakness is evident, primarily on the reverse.
