Challenging 1923-S Gem Nickel
1923-S 5C MS65 NGC. The 1923-S can be located with some difficulty through near-Gem, but becomes quite challenging in MS65. Higher grade pieces are nearly unobtainable. Light golden-gray patina resides on the lustrous surfaces of this Gem. Generally well struck and revealing no mentionable blemishes.
