Description
1925-S 5C MS63 NGC. Splendid lavender, gunmetal-blue, and violet-red encompass this shimmering and nearly unabraded better date nickel. Like so many branch mint examples from the 1920s, the present piece was struck from long-in-use dies. The fields exhibit an orange-peel texture, and the mintmark shows die deterioration.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22S4, PCGS# 3956, GSID# 3127)
