Description

1925-S 5C MS64 NGC. The 1925-S is one of the front-line strike rarities in the Buffalo nickel series. Although this coin is a long way from fully struck, it is certainly above average, especially on the reverse. Lightly and evenly toned, with bright and satiny underlying luster. The surfaces are remarkably clean for the grade with no obvious impairments to the unaided eye. Housed in an older generation NGC holder.
