Nicely Struck 1926-D Five Cent, MS65

1926-D 5C MS65 PCGS. Golden-gray patina with an occasional hint of violet bathes the highly lustrous surfaces of this wonderful Gem. While not fully struck, as virtually none are (David Bowers, 2007), the design elements exhibit above-average definition; only the hair at the forehead is soft. Both faces are free of mentionable marks or spots. Population: 88 in 65, 24 finer (4/09).(Registry values: N2998)
