Lustrous Semi-Key 1927-S Buffalo Nickel, MS64
1927-S 5C MS64 NGC. With the eighth lowest mintage for the Buffalo nickel series, the 1927-S is considered a semi-key issue. Warm gray coloration covers lustrous surfaces, with darker accents and a hint of ice-blue on the lower reverse. Though softly struck in the centers, this example shows no marks worthy of mention.
