Conditionally Rare 1928-D Nickel, MS66 PCGS
1928-D 5C MS66 PCGS. While the centers are not quite fully struck, this lustrous Gem has extremely clean surfaces and bright salmon-gold patina. LIBERTY and the date are deceptively strike doubled. A conditionally rare issue that is usually encountered with a mediocre strike. Neither NGC nor PCGS have graded a 1928-D Nickel above MS66.
