1928-S 5C MS64 NGC. A generally unrecognized strike rarity, coins with this degree of strike are seldom seen. Each side has thick mint luster that is overlaid with lime green centers and deep rose peripheral color. A couple of facial marks explain the less-than-Gem grade.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22SD, PCGS# 3965, GSID# 3133)
