1929-S Buffalo Nickel, MS67
Beautifully Preserved, Lightly Toned
1929-S 5C MS67 PCGS. Pristine surfaces, glistening with
original mint luster, produce ample eye appeal on this Superb Gem
1929-S Buffalo nickel. An early die state leaves the fields free of
clash marks or metal flowlines, while a touch of strike softness in
the center of the devices is not bothersome. Lovely mint-green,
gold, and ice-blue hues adorn each side. The 1929-S is an available
date in most grades, but Superb Gems like the present are major
rarities, and no numerically finer pieces are known. Only a handful
of Plus-designated examples stand above the present coin.
