Description
1931-S MS 67 NGC. One of the finest known examples of this semi-key date. NGC (4/95) has graded only 2 at this level, with none higher, and PCGS (6/95) has yet to grade a coin finer than MS 66. This example is essentially perfect, with intense rainbow tones, deep mint luster, a bold strike, and superb eye appeal. It would take a lifetime, perhaps longer, to find a nicer specimen of this date.
