Description
Wonderful 1935-S Five Cent, MS67
1935-S 5C MS67 PCGS. 1935-S nickels are common in all grades through the Gem level, as evident from the several hundred MS60 to MS65 pieces residing in the PCGS/NGC population. MS66s are a little more challenging, and only about 40 MS67s, and none finer, have been graded. Shimmering luster resides on the soft violet-gray surfaces of this Superb Gem, and a solid strike leaves much better design detail than ordinarily seen on this issue. Moreover, both sides have been wonderfully preserved. Population: 28 in 67, 0 finer (10/08).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22SR, PCGS# 3976, Greysheet# 3140)
