Description

1935-S Nickel, MS67
Surprisingly Strong Strike for the Issue

1935-S 5C MS67 PCGS. While most examples of this issue illustrate the effects of a weak strike, this example is boldly impressed, with nearly full details. The only area that shows the slightest softness is the central portion of the obverse. The luster is incredible, and the color is a pleasing golden-blue. The surfaces are extremely clean and the eye appeal is tremendous. Neither PCGS nor NGC have graded an example finer than this one (8/18).
