Vividly Toned and Lustrous
1935-S 5C MS67+ PCGS. Plentiful in lower grades, the 1935-S
Buffalo nickel becomes conditionally scarce at the MS67 grade
level, and none are numerically finer. This Plus-designated piece
ranks among the finest examples known. Vivid sun-gold and yellow
hues adorn the satiny, pristine surfaces. The usual touch of strike
softness appears on the bison's shoulder, but the details in the
margins are sharp. Eye appeal is outstanding. Population: 88 in 67
