Sharply Struck MS67 1935-S Nickel

1935-S 5C MS67 PCGS. RPM-1. The mintmark was first punched in to the right of the final position and its remnants were not polished away. The 1935-S is a lesser strike rarity among late-date Buffalo nickels. But one would never know it from examining this piece, which is sharply defined throughout. The surfaces are bright and shimmering with a light overlay of golden-rose and lilac toning on each side. Population: 27 in 67, 0 finer (8/07).(Registry values: N2998)
