1937-D 5C Three-Legged AU58 NGC. FS-901, formerly FS-020.2. A nicely struck and lustrous example with only slight wear on the high points as usual for this issue. The Three-Legged Buffalo nickels remained in circulation until the variety was discovered, so the majority of these coins are worn to some degree.(Registry values: N991)Coin Index Numbers: (PCGS# 3982, GSID# 3145)
