1937-D Three-Legged Buffalo Nickel, MS62
Guide Book Variety
1937-D 5C Three-Legged, FS-901, MS62 PCGS. The fields are
partially flowlined, as usual for the Three-Legged variety, while
the rest are polished to efface the erosion. The bison's forward
leg was erased in the process. This satiny medium-gray example
displays well-struck motifs and pleasing eye appeal for the grade.
An important Guide Book variety and one of the key
