    1921-S Buffalo Nickel, MS65
    Challenging to Locate This Fine

1921-S 5C MS65 NGC. A better date overall, highly sought-after in Gem condition. This satiny example displays deep golden-orange and lilac toning over each side. No abrasions are evident, and central strike sharpness is outstanding. Under a loupe, a couple of radial die cracks are visible on the obverse at 8:30 and 12 o'clock, although the fields lack the heavy die erosion that is typically seen. An appealing example in a scarce grade. Census: 39 in 65 (2 in 65 ), 6 finer (1/20).(Registry values: N2998) (NGC ID# 22RU, PCGS# 3948)

    Weight: 5.00 grams
