    1825 JR-3 Dime, MS63+

    1825 10C JR-3, R.3, MS63+ NGC. The JR-3 is an intermediate rarity among the five 1825 dime varieties. Two of those varieties are rated R.2, this one is R.3, and two others are R.4 and R.5. This variety shares a reverse die with the scarcer JR-1, immediately recognized due to the recutting of the A in STATES. Dappled gold and powder-blue toning reside on champagne surfaces with satin luster.
