    Frosty and Bright Mint State 1831 V-7, LM-2 Half Dime

    1831 H10C V-7, LM-2, R.3. Reiver state b. MS62 NGC. A frosty white coin that retains luster in the fields and has a light blush of gold toning on the top of the reverse. Boldly struck by the dies. Clean surfaces but we note a minor tick just past the final S of STATES. A middle die state for this variety, with several minor and faint die cracks through the obverse stars and light die clashing on the reverse and a faint die crack from the right wing to the motto above, another down from the right wing tip to the arrows. A faint die crack connecting the tops of ER of AMERICA.
