Description
Undoubtedly Finest Known LM-10 1833 Half Dime
MS67 ★
1833 H10C MS67 ★ NGC. V-1, LM-10, R.1. A magnificent
type coin. The surfaces are bright and shimmer with semireflective
mint luster. This bright lustrous finish serves to backlight the
wondrous scarlet centers that are surrounded at the margins by deep
cobalt-blue. The striking details are strong throughout, and there
are no obvious abrasions (nor would we expect to see any on a coin
in this grade). The LM reference lists the Bowers 11/1996 coin
graded MS66 as the finest known, but that is definitely not this
piece. This is undoubtedly the finest LM-10 known.(Registry values: N4719)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 232F, PCGS# 4280, GSID# 3739)
