1807 50C Large Stars, 50 Over 20 AU58 NGC. O-112, R.1. The more available of the two die pairs for this Guide Book variety. Both serifs are visible on the 1. A later die state with a crack joining the base of 80 and a rough lump under the crossbar of the 7. Luminous surfaces are color-free and exhibit nicely defined design features. Both sides are remarkably clean. A couple of hair-thin marks left of the beak are mentioned for complete accuracy.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24EN, PCGS# 6086, GSID# 6140)
