Difficult XF O-114a 1809 Half
1809 50C Normal Edge XF40 NGC. O-114a, R.5. A very scarce and distinctive variety with numerous die cracks and die chips along the reverse border. The devices show moderate wear consistent with the grade, but luster illuminates the margins. A few wispy marks on the field near the beak are of little import.(Registry values: N491)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24ES, PCGS# 6092, GSID# 6145)
