Description

1811/10 O-101 Half Dollar, MS62
Popular Punctuated Date Variety

1811/10 50C O-101, R.1, MS62 PCGS. Die dots between the 81 and the 11 give the appearance of punctuation on this obverse. Although the O-101 is a plentiful variety with several Mint State pieces known, overdate varieties always command a premium price. This attractive example has splendid gold and iridescent toning over its light gray luster.
