1812/1 50C Small 8 AU58 PCGS. O-102, R.2. A delightful example of the overdate with lustrous medium gray surfaces with hints of champagne and iridescent toning. Evidence of clash-marked letters beneath the bust as well as other noticeable signs of die clashing appear on the obverse. The overdate is clear, with remnants of a 1 beneath the 2 (the result of 1812 over 11).
