Description
1812 50C AU 50 NGC. O-105a, R.2. Both sides of this coin present a lively toning scheme that includes soft dove-gray patina and scintillating orange-copper iridescence. The obverse die was shattered at the time of striking, but the overall definition is bold for the type as well as the grade.
