1817 50C 181.7 AU50 PCGS. O-103, R.3. The well-known Punctuated Date variety with a small die chip between the second 1 and the 7. This is a major Guide Book variety in considerable demand. The current specimen has light gray surfaces with considerable luster for the grade. Both sides have pleasing gold and iridescent toning along the borders.Coin Index Numbers: (PCGS# 6110, GSID# 6157)
