1817 50C MS63 PCGS. O-103a, R.3. The defective base on the I in UNITED confirms the die marriage. A late die state with the peripheral stars and letters drawn to the edge. A highly lustrous piece with medium caramel-gold and ivory-gray toning. Remarkably unabraded, and housed in an old green label holder.
