1818 50C AU58 PCGS. CAC. O-109, R.1. The 81 of the date are closest, the first 1 is high and wide, and the I of PLURIBUS is under the left serif of the second T in STATES. Soft silver gray patina is joined by purple and light blue at the margins of this lovely near-Mint State example. Sharp even definition is noted on the design features. Both sides retain ample luster and are minimally abraded.(Registry values: N491)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24F9, PCGS# 6113, GSID# 6159)
