Description

1822 50C O-110a, R.2, AU58 PCGS. A curved die crack climbs inside and through the left-hand stars to define the late die state. Iridescent rainbow shades at the borders cede to bronzelike gray centers with rose undertones. Sharply struck on the stars and dentils, this near-Mint O-110a has a bit of rub but nice remaining luster and plentiful eye appeal. The date is well-spaced and low.
