O-103, Popular Guide Book Variety

1824 50C Over Various Dates, O-103, R.1, MS62+ PCGS. The Martin L. Beistle reference, written in 1929, described the present overdate as "a jumbled mass of recuttings." In 1966, Walter Breen determined that the underdigits are 2 and 0. That is, the O-103 variety is an 1824/2/0.
