1826 50C AU55 NGC. O-101, R.1. Orange, mauve, and plum-red emerge when the deep gunmetal-gray surfaces are exposed to light. This patinated half dollar has the expected light wear on Liberty's curls and drapery. Faint field marks are concealed beneath the toning.(Registry values: N491)
