Well Struck 1826 Half Dollar, O-120a, MS64
1826 50C MS64 NGC. O-120a, Low R.4. The very short 2 in the date and the recut upper serif on the C in the denomination confirm the variety, and the peripheral reverse cracks identify the later die state. Purple freckles concentrate at the margins of the lustrous surfaces. Well struck and minimally abraded.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24FM, PCGS# 6143, GSID# 6182)
