Scarce Curl Base 2
1827 50C Curl Base 2 MS64 PCGS. O-146, R.2. The Curl Base 2
is much scarcer than its Square Base 2 counterpart, particularly in
better Uncirculated grades. This is a late die state example with
flowlined borders, as made. Lavender, golden-brown, and blue-green
toning endows both sides. Lustrous and unmarked with excellent eye
