Description
1827 50C Square Base 2 AU55 PCGS. O-120, R.2. Multiple die lines beneath the left side of the bust are characteristic the obverse, while the reverse has a high C in the denomination that nearly touches the stem. The left side of the I in PLURIBUS is centered under the right side of the upright of the T in STATES. Lavender, red, and lemon toning in the fields enhances the eye appeal of this lustrous piece.
