Description
Scarce 1827 O-109 Half, AU50 Details
1827 50C Square Base 2 Genuine PCGS. O-109, Low R.4. A small series of raised die dots are visible below Liberty's ear, and they are sufficient to identify the obverse die, although they disappear on late die state coins.Aside from the ear bar clash marks and minor peripheral flow lines, both dies are perfect.
AU50 Details, Cleaned. Both sides show obvious cleaning lines beneath deep gold and steel-blue toning. Minor scratches appear on Liberty's cheek.
